History

Established in 2009.

US music lessons started 4 years ago with the vision of a man who wanted to make music lessons more modern, fun and accessible.Coming form 30 years of experience as a professional musician, owner Vince Hanvey knew he could put together a team of highly qualified, dedicated teachers to improve the music lesson landscape in San Diego. From its inception US Music lessons has grown from 30 students to over 200 students and continues to earn the goodwill of the community by delivering personalized, effective lessons plans, great customer service and a wide range of teachers and lesson times to accommodate their clients.

Meet the Business Owner

Vince has performed, written and recorded music professionally for over 3 decades, and over the past five years has taught hundreds of students how to excel at guitar and bass. In addition to owning and operating US Music lessons, he is lead guitarist of one of San Diego's hottest bands, Jukebox.
His passion for the instruments he teaches and his sincere dedication to each and every student have made him a local favorite with all kinds of players of all experience levels . Vince specializes in Rock, Blues, Jazz Pop and Country guitar.
