Duke Robillard is an award winning musician, artist and instructor. Duke's a two time Grammy nominee and has recorded with Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, Jay McShann, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, John Hammond, Jimmy Witherspoon, Dr. John and most famously, Roomful of Blues.

The Blues Music Awards named Duke Robillard "Best Blues Guitarist" four years out of five (2000, 2001, 2003, 2004) making him the second most honored guitarist for that award! He was also nominated in that category in 2005, 2007, 2008 and again in 2011.

Duke's starred in numerous instructional DVDs studying Freddie King, Albert King, T-Bone Walker and the classic Uptown Blues, Jazz Rock and Swing. Duke was also the author of Classic Guitar Styles of Duke Robillard.

What you will Learn

Duke is teaching electric blues and swing guitar. The lesson series is best suited for musicians that are familiar with the blues pentatonic scale and bar chords.

How you will learn

Duke teaches a song a month in four weekly lessons. Each lesson is a 10 to 15 minute video with tab, chords, automated loop / practice points and backing tracks. Duke's online during the week to answer questions and give you personal feedback from your uploaded videos.
