Voice lessons Santa Barbara

Rockshop Academy is proud to offer individual lessons in drums, guitar and bass, as well as band coaching.
We teach all levels from beginning to advanced and have many success stories from our roster of students. If you're interested in drum lessons, we teach the rhythmic notation that is used for all instruments. We also teach rudiments and fundamentals as well as let the students play along to their favorite music. We prepare the student for school band, music school or for playing in a band.

The tradition continuesMike's Drum Shop is no longer in the retail business. All that means is we don't sell stuff, we teach lessons. Very much the way this place started in 1968 as Mike's Drum Academy, we are going back to our roots as an education based Academy. This is how Rockshop Academy got its name, since Mike's original intent was to have a place to teach. Now that the Rockshop Academy has taken off and taken over the space we encourage you to shop for drum supplies with local merchants and there are many! Thank you all for 43 years of buying gear here, now we look forward to providing the best teaching facility we have ever had. |
